Hello, my name is Sharonda Terry, and I am the proud owner of Encourage Senior Services ~ Home Care Agency. With years of experience in the healthcare industry, I have had the privilege of caring for individuals and families during some of their most vulnerable moments. Through that journey, I discovered my true passion—providing compassionate, dependable care that allows seniors to remain safe, comfortable, and respected in their own homes.
I started Encourage Senior Services because I saw firsthand the growing need for quality, trustworthy care for seniors and individuals who simply need a helping hand. Too often, families struggle to find care that truly treats their loved ones with patience, dignity, and kindness. I wanted to create a service that not only meets those needs, but goes above and beyond—offering not just assistance, but genuine compassion and encouragement every day.
We proudly serve Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne Counties in Southeast Michigan, delivering personalized home care services tailored to each client’s unique needs. Our team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, because we understand that care is not limited to a schedule—it’s needed whenever life calls for it.

Information Session
Our Meet & Greet Information Sessions are designed to bring our services directly to the communities and organizations that can benefit most—completely free of charge. These sessions can be hosted at your facility, hospital, nursing home, group home, or any group setting where individuals and families may need supportive home care services.
During this engaging and informative session, attendees will learn more about the wide range of services we provide and how Encourage Senior Services ~ Home Care Agency can support their needs or the needs of their loved ones. We aim to create a welcoming and comfortable environment where guests can ask questions, gain clarity, and feel confident about their care options.
Each session includes light refreshments, interactive activities, and an open Q&A discussion to ensure everyone leaves informed and empowered. Our goal is not only to educate, but to connect—building relationships within the community while offering compassionate solutions that make a real difference.
